Mr. Omprakash Innani has more than 30 years of business experience. Adroit and adept, he monitors business and functional aspects of the Company along with the operations of all the plants. Additionally, he is also member of Audit and Remuneration committee of the Group. In the public domain also he graces several offices. He is a Council Member in the “Academy of Medical Education, Dental College & V.L. College of Pharmacy”, “Taranath Shikshana Samsthe, Raichur” and a trustee in “Akhil Bhartiya Maheshwari Education Trust, Pune” and Managing Committee Member of “Karnataka State Cotton Association, Hubli”.

Mr. Vishnukant is an indefatigable person and has vast business experience of APIs and Intermediates and presently leads the core business and functional teams of Shilpa which accelerate growth and performance by “Innovating for Affordable solutions”. He is the key strategy decision maker for successful API and Generics formulation. His determined efforts have led the company to a leading position in the Indian pharmaceutical domain and helped create a prominent presence for Oncology APIs globally. For his untiring efforts, Mr. Vishnukant was awarded “Best Entrepreneur Award” by Late Dr Shankar Dayal Sharma – the then President of India, in 1995. Other state honors conferred upon him were “Best Entrepreneur” from the Karnataka State Govt. in 1996; “Excellence in Exports” from Vishweshwarayya Industrial Trade Centre, Bangalore in 1996; and Export Excellence Award-2006” by FKCCI, Bangalore. Success seemed to be his second nature, for awards that kept following him like “First Runner Up” at the Emerging India Awards 2008 by CNBC TV18 at London and the “Best National Energy Conservation Award in Drugs & Pharmaceutical Sector for the year 2012” for energy sustainability in the Shilpa group by the then President of India, Dr. Pranab Mukherjee.

Mr. Alpesh Dalal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with around 23 years of experience in diverse finance functions of corporate finance, business partnering, M&A, strategy, fund raising, controllership and investor relations. Additionally, he has cleared Registered Valuer examination for Securities or Financial Assets Class conducted by IBBI

Being a commercially astute professional, Mr. Dalal has successfully concluded 20+ M&A, fund raising, corporate restructuring & JV restructuring deals and has also worked on new business development initiatives & cost rationalisation measures during his career. He brings to table rich experience of having worked with large pharma companies like Lupin Ltd, Cipla Ltd and Wockhardt Ltd apart from diverse industry exposure with Thomas Cook (I) Ltd and Raymond Ltd.

Mr. Sharath Reddy is an M.Pharm from BITS Pilani and comes on board with an overall experience of about 22 years predominantly in the field of pharmaceuticals new projects and operations. His indomitable pursuit of expertise of Oncology specialized equipment and utilities designing has boosted the organization's confidence to take up new initiatives and projects with faster pace of time. His efforts have led to successful execution of Energy Saving projects of Shilpa Medicare Group and registration of the project under Clean Development Mechanism with UNFCC (Under Kyoto Protocol).

Mr. R. K. Somani is a professional Chartered Accountant and also holds a Diploma in Central Excise Laws. He has overall business experience of 21 years plus predominantly in the field of pharmaceuticals and brings to fore key insights and perspectives.

One of the key drivers of Formulation business besides various key Contract Businesses of advanced oncology/ non-Oncology APIs, Mr Somani is known for successfully building formulations portfolio and orchestrating the Generic sales operation.

Dr. Vellaian Karuppiah brings over 33 years of extensive experience across the pharmaceutical value chain, with expertise spanning Formulation & Analytical R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Systems, Supply Chain Management, and end-to-end Manufacturing Operations. He has held C-suite and senior executive roles at globally reputed organizations including Gland Pharma Limited (Fosun Group), Strides Group, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Actavis (Teva), and Orchid Healthcare (Hospira/Pfizer). Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Acme Group and Immacule Lifesciences, driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business transformation.

Holding a Doctorate in Pharmacy alongside Executive Management qualifications from premier global institutions, Dr. Karuppiah combines deep technical capabilities with strategic cross-functional leadership. In his current capacity, he oversees the company's Formulation business operations—focusing on manufacturing efficiency, technology transfer, supply chain resilience, and integrated R&D to support long-term sustainable growth and global competitiveness.
